Swami Vivekananda Biography
Swami Vivekananda a Bengali Origin and the great Indian philosopher and Indian Hindu Monk. He gives a new direction to Vedanta and yoga to the western countries. Swami Vivekananda born on 12 January 1863 and died on 04 July 1902. Swami Vivekananda born in Narendranath in Calcutta at the time of Makarsankranti. He lived in Bengali family and his father name is Narendra Nath and mother name is Bhuvneshwari devi (1841-1911).

After death of shri Ramakrishna paramhansa he with the help of some of his devotee shifted to Baranagar where he underwent a lot of religious practice and become absorbed in Jaap or mantra they had no thought about the hinduism and religions of hindu or even as to whether the God and maya or the world exists or not . In 1887, Narendra(Swami Vivekananda) and his eight monk took formal and religious monastic vows and he has been given the name of bibidishananda, later when he acclaimed the name and fame he was given the name swami vivekananda for his great work towards religions specially on Maya and god(Brahma : the creator ) by Ajit Singh the king of Khetri.
